*11.5" strap is made from heavy duty nylon and "Dura-Grip" rubber for added strength.
*When using the strap, the rubber side must always face the bar.
*"Dura-Grip" rubber strips grab the bar for a "no-slip" grip when lifting.
*Heavy duty stitching strengthens the strap and increases durability.
*Designed with a right and a left. (Steel buckle should be worn on the outside of the wrist.)
